Royal’s menu makes fine dining Indian cuisine affordable. Royal’s menu reflects Indian regional cuisine in all its diversity, whilst avoiding stereotypical repetition of dishes.
All of our dishes are enhanced with our secret spice recipe. We source ingredients from all over the Indian sub-continent and hand mix the perfect spice combination in our kitchen. We use an Indian charcoal fired tandoor to bake our breads, ensuring our diners receive soft, perfectly baked bread every time.

Royal Tarka offers a menu that is a rich blend of Indian recipes that weave the North with the South. Try out our signature dishes which include Fish Madras (a spicy fish cooked with mustard seeds, curry leaves, with coconut in medium or hot), Royal Tarka Delicacy of black lentils simmered overnight on tandoor, enriched with cream and butter, and more such fine delicacies.
